My first market stall was on Friday night. The markets were smaller than I expected, but I still managed to sell a few things (though not that many) one of which was a hobby horse, so I plan on listing those on etsy and madeit hoping that they're a favourite. I am going to do the Old Bus Depot Markets in December, and I'm hoping for a really great result because it's so much bigger and more well known. Tegan put a few paper goods up too such as journals, post-it-note holders, card sets and sold a couple (though not as many as she would have liked.) Overall, it was a good experience, and I'm keen to do more markets that are held on Saturdays but just hopefully some that are better-known and more frequented. I did enjoy it though. I'll leave you with a few photos of our table.
The stall looked lovely Caitlin. Congratulations. I'm sure the next stall in December will be much better. I love the hobby horses. I'll be coming through Canberra in early December on our way to Wauchope ( where else?) and I might try and get one from you for William. I'll be in touch. Cheers, Helen P.
