Yesterday I went for an "interview" with the Old Bus Depot Markets. By an interview, all I mean is they wanted to look at my products to see if they were of decent quality, so that I can have a stall at the markets. I was quite nervous because I thought what if they tell me no they're not good enough. That could be quite discouraging! We were driving along listening to Chris Tomlin when the words "Not to us but to Your name be the glory". Then it all hit home to me - this is not about my glory, it's about God's. If I had been rejected, God's purposes would still have been at work, and it would have been for His glory!

ANYWAY,  I was accepted which I am very thankful for. As I can't do Sundays, the only markets they run on Saturdays are in December. So I shall have to wait until December to actually do a real market. That gives me plenty of time to prepare though. I'm not sure which days I'll be doing yet, but hopefully at least one in December.  I'll keep you updated as to the final date, and if you're free, you should come along and take a look! I'm getting excited!!!

  1. Oh yaaay caitlin! That's great news...I bet your stall will look so cute!! Gah goldilocks and the three bears!! You have to make them sit and have a pretend tea party set up hehe!

  2. Congratulations! My mum has a stall at the bus depot markets, I will have to introduce you in December.
